When you look at a large project, it is easy to get overwhelmed and feel the need to procrastinate.
Breaking down a big project into bite-size pieces allows you to take care of one little thing at a time until you realize that you’ve finished the entire project.
Give yourself small chunks of time to do these small tasks. Try 30 to 45 minutes for each task, and you’ll begin to feel like you’re achieving your goals. The mountain looks much smaller when you’re only looking at the next foothold.

If we are constantly running around trying to put out fires, we likely aren’t getting our most important tasks done throughout the day.
Learn what things pay the most and make the most impact and attack them first, even if they are the most difficult.

Whether it is in our personal or business lives, we will have more time if we learn to make decisions quickly. You don’t have to make unwise decisions just because you make decisions quickly.
If you know what’s important to you, you’ll be able to look at a decision and know which answer is the right one for you.
Trying to get your message across to someone can be frustrating and cause you a lot of grief if you don’t excel in this area. As a coach, it’s even more important that you know how to communicate with your clients.
Whether you have to take a class or simply listen to some audios or get your own coach, learning communication skills will pay off in all areas of your life.
When you know how to communicate with people, you’ll be able to get your point across quickly and get things done faster, which will, in turn, give you more time.
If you like to do everything on your own, you’re going to run yourself ragged. Instead of putting yourself in a bind by making yourself do all of your tasks, learn to delegate and outsource tasks that other people can do as well as you or better.
Even if someone isn’t quite as good as you are at something, it’s still work outsourcing or delegating because of the time you’ll get back.
