I’m Sandra Coker, founder and CEO of Human Power Solutions. We act as a Fractional Chief Learning Officer for businesses. We work with business owners, CEOs and CFOs to identify workforce learning needs and develop practical customized, interactive professional development programs across leadership, communication, technical skills, safety and continuous improvement.

How Human Power Solutions works
We start by understanding the business, listening to its people and identifying gaps between current skills and what the work requires. Then we design a practical learning plan and match the right facilitators to each need. Our programs span human skills, AI and Microsoft tools, safety and continuous improvement. Discussion, hands-on activities and follow-through help participants apply what they learn. We also explore available workforce training grant funding, if eligible in their states.

I have 11 years of experience in learning and development and founded Human Power Solutions in 2019. I’m the author of People Profit: How to Improve Your Bottom Line by Investing in Those Above It, published in 2025, and a TEDx speaker with the talk “What Great Leaders Do Differently.” I have spent over 30 years in Leadership with large corporate experience and have owned several companies.
