Real Estate Education on the Knowledge Business Society
Deal counts and portfolio claims are easy to state and rarely checked. They are also the entire basis on which most of these programmes are sold.
This record confirms the person and the business, not the portfolio. Treat the track record as a separate claim and ask for the kind of evidence that exists in public records.
What to ask before you buy
- Named deals with dates and locations you can look up
- Whether the strategy is legal and workable in your market
- Which costs sit outside the programme fee: software, travel, mentoring
KBS confirms identity, domain control, and published policies. It does not confirm licences, qualifications, or results, so these are worth asking directly.
What does verification mean?
KBS checks three things: the identity of the person behind the business, control of the domain they claim, and that a refund policy, terms of service and a working support contact are published and reachable. Those checks are re-run while a membership is active.
It is not a rating and not a recommendation. Verification says nothing about service quality or what results anyone will get.
