What to ask before you buy

• What any guarantee actually commits them to, in writing
• Whether they have done the role themselves, or only coached it
• How confidentiality works when a company is paying the invoice

KBS confirms identity, domain control, and published policies. It does not confirm licences, qualifications, or results, so these are worth asking directly.

What does verification mean?

KBS checks three things: the identity of the person behind the business, control of the domain they claim, and that a refund policy, terms of service and a working support contact are published and reachable. Those checks are re-run while a membership is active.

It is not a rating and not a recommendation. Verification says nothing about service quality or what results anyone will get.
